Tables
The function of the tables is to accumulate the extruded profiles that will be sent to the stretching cycle, which allows the accumulation of different extrusions at the same time.
Once the profile is stretched, the arms make the necessary nappe to be taken to the cutting area.
The tables are constituted by:
- Extraction and cooling belts
- Mobile arm belts (head area)
- Batching belts
- Roller path of profile saw
The length of the tables, the pitch of the arms, the development and the width will depend on two very important factors: the type of product to be extruded and the dimensions of the industrial workshop.
